3 min read Effective  1 August 2026 Last updated  1 August 2026 Website & Legal Use

Purpose

This Terms of Use governs your access to and use of the Fanaar website at www.fanaarltd.com (the "Site"). It exists to set clear, fair rules for visitors, so that the Site remains a reliable, professional resource for prospective and current clients evaluating Fanaar as a commercial growth partner.

This is distinct from the Master Services Agreement ("MSA") that governs an actual client engagement. Nothing on this Site, and nothing in this policy, creates a service relationship, forms a contract for Services, or amends the terms of any signed MSA or Statement of Work.

Scope

This policy applies to anyone who accesses or browses the Site, including prospective clients, referral partners, job applicants, and casual visitors. It does not apply to the delivery of Services under a signed MSA, which is governed exclusively by that Agreement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to: probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorisation; introduce malicious code; scrape or harvest content at scale; impersonate any person or entity; or submit false information through any contact or enquiry form. Further detail is set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, client sites referenced in case studies, or social platforms). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

5. No warranty of availability

We aim to keep the Site available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and are not liable for temporary unavailability caused by maintenance, hosting issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Site or applicable law. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
