Accessibility Statement

Building a Site that's genuinely usable — not just compliant on paper.

Purpose

Fanaar is committed to making www.fanaarltd.com accessible to the widest possible audience, including visitors using assistive technology. This statement sets out the standard we aim for, what we have done to meet it, and how to tell us where we've fallen short.

Scope

Applies to all pages and interactive elements of the Site. Pakistan does not currently mandate a specific website accessibility standard by law; Fanaar applies the following as a matter of good practice and international best standard.

Policy Statement

Standard we aim for

We design and build the Site with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as a widely recognised international benchmark for digital accessibility.

Measures we have taken

  • Semantic HTML structure so screen readers can navigate the Site logically, including this Policy Center.
  • Colour combinations checked for sufficient contrast against our brand palette.
  • Full keyboard navigability, with a visible focus indicator on interactive elements.
  • Descriptive alt text for meaningful images, and decorative graphics marked so assistive technology can skip them.
  • A responsive layout that adapts to different screen sizes, zoom levels, and orientations.
  • Respect for the "reduced motion" preference set in a visitor's operating system or browser.

Known limitations

Accessibility is an ongoing programme, not a one-time fix. Some embedded third-party content (for example, an embedded video or map) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA, as it falls outside our direct control. We review and improve the Site on a rolling basis.

Your Responsibilities

  • If you encounter a barrier using the Site, please tell us — including the page, the browser or assistive technology you were using, and what went wrong.

Fanaar's Responsibilities

  • Acknowledge accessibility feedback within five (5) business days.
  • Assess and, where reasonably practicable, remediate reported barriers in a timely manner.
  • Review the Site's accessibility periodically as part of routine maintenance.
